When you name your smoothies with cool super hero names your kids think it’s cool…seriously try it! Since my brain is geared for all things boy, I usually associate anything green with hulk or monster to make it sound extra delicious!
Great for the kids and YOU to keep immune systems strong! This recipe serves 3 to 4.
Throw in a blender:
3 cups Organic strawberries, peaches, mango (Costco sells a tropical mixed fruit blend)
2 cups Almond Milk
2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
Half of an organic avocado
Tons of organic spinach (2 handfuls or more)
1 packet of Orange Vitamin C
***One serving use 1 cup of fruit, 1 cup almond milk, 1/4 avocado, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 orange packet and a boat load of spinach.
***The avocado and vitamin C packets make the texture smooth and frothy.
